EVERFINE OA-LAB Vehicle Lamp On-line and Adjustment System is designed based on years experience in the field of automotive lights in order to efficiently and accurately evaluate the photometric performance of automotive lamps. Combined with EVERFINE designed optical camera obscura and high-precision imaging optical lens, the system can achieve precise measurements in over 1m light path which is equivalent to a 25m optical path to greatly save space.

1. Fast measurement speed, completing photometric performance testing in just a few seconds.
EVERFINE uses a dedicated automotive lamp rapid photometric analysis software combined with an imaging optical system to obtain full-screen scanning data, light intensity distribution, and equivalent illuminance distribution map in just a few seconds.
2. Dark box design, saving space.
With years of optical design experience, the system adopts a high-precision imaging optical lens to make the 25 meters light path equivalent to a over 1 meter darkroom, saving testing space.
3. Large linear range, accurately measuring bright and dark areas simultaneously.
The system has a linear range of up to 8 orders of magnitude adopting HDR technology which ensures that both bright and dark areas can be accurately measured simultaneously, and the maximum to minimum luminance ratio can reach 600:1 or even higher.
4. High photometric measurement accuracy.
With a high accuracy imaging luminance colorimeter with more than ten million pixels, the system has a wide linear dynamic range and good V(λ) matching, ensuring high photometric measurement accuracy.
5. Can quickly measure both chromaticity parameters and the color transition of the light and dark cutoff lines simultaneously.
