AMET-2500 has the characteristics of high precision, automation and intelligence. The system auto-test the field of view(FOV), angle of view(AOV), image quality, luminous efficiency and other optical performance of endoscope lighting systems and camera systems according to the preset process. It is suitable for research and development, quality inspection and production line measurement It is especially suitable for measurement scenarios such as laboratories and inspection institutions. Through the specified imaging system for endoscopic image quality evaluation matching human vision, non-destructive image acquisition and artificial intelligence recognition algorithm, the measurement of various optical parameters can be realized quickly, efficiently and repeatably, without relying on the subjective judgment of the inspector.

(1). Using EVERFINE advanced photometric measurement technology to realize high linear,high sensitivity photometry and spectral measurement. (2). Using excellent artificial intelligence algorithm, accurately identify the target, obtain angular field of view, angular resolution, unit relative distortion, spatial frequency response, static image tolerance and other parameters, to avoid the impression of human subjective factors with high measurement reproducibility, equipped with common video interfaces and supports 4K image capture. (3). High CRI uniform background light source, stability better than 0.5%, provides more accurate test results;

(1). A high-accuracy photometer head and high-precision motorized platform with 0.1mm positioning accuracy ensure accurate full-space illuminance measurements. (2). Luminance and illuminance measurements are traceable to NIM (3). The system has the characteristics of high spectral resolution, wide dynamic range, high sensitivity and rapid measurement speed which equipped with high accuracy array spectroradiometer.

(1). Machine vision-assisted alignment and fine-tuning knob design make it easy to install and align endoscope samples with only a few simple steps. (2). Automatic measurement: The system integrates an automatic target switching device, automatic precision distance adjustment device, video camera system (supports 4K levels), artificial intelligence algorithm and professional measurement and control software, etc., which can realize automatic switching of measured items, automatic measurement data acquisition and testing, and classifications. (Color reduction and light energy transfer efficiency need to manually replace the eyepiece end tester).
