This instrument can be used to measure the relative spectral power distribution, peak wavelength, bandwidth, spectral irradiance of the ABC bands, total irradiance within specific bands, forward voltage, forward current, reverse voltage, reverse current, and other parameters for ultraviolet LED and light sources (lamps). It can simultaneously achieve transient characteristic measurement (pulse measurement) and steady-state characteristic measurement (DC measurement) of ultraviolet LEDs. It can also measure the spectral power distribution, peak wavelength, bandwidth, and irradiance under different shell temperatures/junction temperatures.

Radiation Intensity Distribution and Total Radiant Flux Test System For UV LEDs and Light Sources (Lamps)

This instrument can test the radiation intensity distribution curve (polar or rectangular coordinates), beam angle, the characteristic curve of the radiation intensity of packaged LEDs with respect to forward current variation, the characteristic curve of forward current variation with respect to forward voltage, and the curve of radiation intensity variation with time for ultraviolet LED and lamp sources.

Excimer Lamps & UV Spatial Radiation Distribution Measurement Solutions

The UVS-200 UV Spatial Radiation Distribution Testing System is designed specifically for ultraviolet excimer lamps and other ultraviolet radiation lamps, and features high measurement accuracy, high spectral resolution, and high value accuracy. It can measure the spatial radiation intensity distribution (light distribution performance), total radiation power, and spatial spectral distribution of ultraviolet lamps, and evaluate their photochemical ultraviolet and near-ultraviolet hazards. The test results comply with international and domestic standards such as IEC 62741, CIE S009, GB/T 20145. Equipped with intelligent dedicated software, it comprehensively analyzes the measurement results and outputs standardized and reasonable test reports.
