2. 200-450nm UV special test wavelength, higher UV sensitivity, high measurement accuracy, can analyze the comprehensive characteristics of UV LED packaging under different shell temperature/junction temperature, powerful testing function.
3. The measurement function of pulse mode and constant current mode can be realized.
4. Spectroscopy tests the radiance parameters and is not affected by the spectral distribution of the measured light source and the detector response function.
