1.The system incorporates a high‑precision 10‑megapixel imaging‑type direct‑reading luminous intensity distribution measurement system with a linear dynamic range of up to 8 orders of magnitude, enabling rapid acquisition of the puddle lamp’s luminous intensity distribution.
2.The accompanying AI‑based optical analysis software identifies images, analyzes data, and derives parameters, featuring a clean interface and easy operation.
3.The system is equipped with a large‑size LCD display panel and dedicated HMI and control units, featuring a compact structure and stable performance.
4.Illuminance distribution measurement: The system uses a high‑precision imaging‑type direct‑reading illuminance system to quickly capture the puddle lamp image and illuminance distribution data, which are then precisely calibrated and analyzed by the AI‑powered dedicated optical control and analysis software.
5.Edge gradient testing: Intelligent algorithms analyze the illuminance data to detect edge gradients along characteristic lines and perform pass/fail judgment based on user‑defined thresholds.
