Photometic&Colorimetric Measurement for Phosphor Powder

EVERFINE’s photometic&colorimetric measurement system is used to test the spectrum&photometic&colorimetric characteristics of phosphors at specific excitation wavelengths. The optical test system uses the accuracy array spectroradiometer (HAAS-2000) of EVERFINE to test phosphor powder’s relative spectral power distribution, chromaticity coordinates, dominant wavelength, peak wavelength, spectral purity, CCT, CRI, FWHM, red ratio, SDCM, relative luminance and other parameters, system meets the requirements of the CIE’s light and color measurement. EVERFINE is the drafting unit of the national standard for the test method of LED phosphor powder and three-color phosphor powder. The measurement method of this system is recommended by the national standard.

Phosphor Powder Excitation Spectrum and Thermal Quenching Performance Analysis

EX-1000 phosphor excitation spectrum and thermal quenching analysis system can measure the excitation spectrum characteristics, emission spectrum characteristics and quantum efficiency of various phosphors such as rare earth element three primary color phosphors and rare earth element yellow phosphors for white LED lamps, which is conducive to screening efficient excitation spectrum, or under the premise of a specific excitation light source, improve the excitation spectrum characteristics of phosphors to achieve higher excitation-luminescence conversion efficiency. The system can also measure the luminescence characteristics (thermal quenching characteristics) of phosphors in the real working state (high temperature state), which can be used for the research and development of various phosphors such as rare earth element tricolor phosphors for lamps and rare earth element yellow phosphors for white LED lamps. System also provides comprehensive and objective measurement data for quality control.
