For traditional luminaries and LED&Lighting products, EVERFINE provides various solutions to test these characters: corresponding spectral power distribution, chromaticity coordinates, CCT, CRI, SDCM, peak wavelength, dominant wavelength, average wavelength, purity, color ratio, FWHM, luminous flux, radiant power, voltage, current, power, power factor, harmonic, etc. Systems comply with the CIE’s luminance and chromaticity standards, automatically generate line charts of LED products and light source's start time analysis which include start time luminous flux/power/voltage/current - time curves. To fulfill the quick selection and test processes of LED production lines, systems also provide voltage/current/luminance flux/wavelength classification and white LEDs chromaticity distinction functions.

EVERFINE’s aging-life test systems are specifically designed for LED&Lighting products and LED array, to measure and analysis the normal/accelerated aging, lumen maintenance, color drift characteristic and lifetime. Systems also equipped with lifetime evaluation and online&real-time photometric and electric measurement functions, they can produce optical&electrical&colorimetric parameters versus temperature variation curves and fully comply with various international standards including IESNA LM-82-12, IESNA LM-82-14, IES TM-28-14,ENERGY STAR, etc.

Luminaries and LED Spectral Radiation Safety Test Systems

EVERFINE’s safety test systems are specially designed for measuring spectral power distribution, spectral irradiance, spectral radiance, hazard efficacy of luminous radiation K, UV index, size of the apparent source, CCT, color coordinate, CRI, SDCM, etc(IEC/EN 62471 tests). According to hazard level, systems can provide photobiological hazard levels classification for actinic UV hazard for eyes and skin, near UV hazard for eyes, retinal blue light hazard, retinal thermal hazard, etc. Systems also comply with various international standards, including IEC/EN 62471/CIE S009, IEC/TR 62778, GB/T 20145, IEC/EN 60598, IEC/EN 60335, GB/T30117, GB7000.1, 2009/125/EC, etc.

EVERFINE’s flicker test systems integrate with the latest international standards and technical reports which can provide all kinds of flicker index and automatically classify the risk level of flickering according to various international standards. Measurable items include time domain and frequency domain analysis chart of light flickering, fundamental frequency, percent of flicker(PF), flicker index(FI), modulation depth(MD), the percentage of modulation(CEC standard), Pst(IEC 61547), Mp(ASSIST method), SVM(CIE,TC).
