Typical application scenarios
EVERFINE OA-5060 is a system designed and developed for the quality control of the production process of automotive headlights. It can adjust the light shape online and measure it quickly. The system integrates precision optical measurement units, precision power supply units, and artificial intelligence algorithms, effectively integrating international standards, national standards, and human visual recognition and judgment functions. Equipped with a large display screen, the system is easy to operate, has accurate measurement, stable performance, and can effectively detect the product quality of car lights on the production line, such as LED headlights, DLP projection lamps, laser front headlights, and halogen headlights.

Adopting high-precision CCD image technology with millions of pixels, it can precisely match the V(λ) optical detector and precision optical system design for more accurate measurements.
2.High Dynamic Range
High dynamic range imaging technology (HDR) can accurately detect the bright and dark cut-off lines.
3.Small space occupation, No Need for a Darkroom
Based on years of EVERFINE optical design experience, it uses high-precision imaging optical lenses to equivalent 25-meter light path to a dark box, saving testing space.
4.Rich Software Functions, can Test DLP Lamps
Professional online light shape analysis software can handle the analysis of various light shapes' bright and dark cut-off lines, accurately determine the inflection point position, sharpness of bright and dark cut-off lines, and sharpness factor G value analysis, automatic pass/fail judgment, and also can meet ADB test module function and AFS test, DLP test module function.
5.Equipped with Light Adjustment Motor, the Beam Pattern Can Be Quickly Adjusted to a Specified Range
